during e sitex, made quite alot of mistakes. Was aggresive but in a wrong way. Will try to improve. For one of e case, i do clearly provide correct information but customer came back and said it couldnt work. Zzzzzzzz. Maybe he never hear properly. I do notice one of my biggest mistake.
